Celtic Charm

Wild Thyme is a local musical group of friends who have been playing together for the
past decade, united by the common love of the Celtic music genre. With a unique blend
of fiddles, guitar, whistle and mandolin, they draw from the rich repertoire of
traditional Irish and Scottish tunes and songs. and occasionally from the vast
repertoire of Celtic-derived American roots music, such as Old Time. We have been
performing together for 15 years at a variety of venues, including more recently: The
Drawing Board in Florence for St. Paddy’s 2025, Shelburne Falls Porch Festival 2025,
the Union Station Platform Sports Bar for St. Paddy’s 2023, Music in Montgomery 2022
summer series, Huntington’s 2016 North Hall Arts Festival, The Rapids restaurant,
Brewmaster’s Tavern in Williamsburg, Brew Practitioner’s in Florence, the Whately
Library Summer concert series, Northampton High ’76 Reunion Party, fund raisers for
the Garden Center for Grieving Children at Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Williamsburg
Lion’s club and the annual Christmas party for Homeward Vets at the WWII Club in
Northampton to name a few.
